- Q: What is the cancellation policy?

A: This policy is in place to allow all of our customer the opportunity to attend classes. We do not offer refunds or gift certificates for class no shows.
- Q: What happens if the weather is bad on the workshop date?

A: The studio will be open if classes are scheduled. We will make our best effort to contact everyone on the list if we decide to close the gallery. If we closed the studio due to inclement weather, we will reschedule the workshop and if the new date doesn't suit you we will refund you the registration fee.
- Q: May I bring a non-participating guest to class to watch me?

A: This is a “hands-on” activity and our workshops are usually at capacity so there is not room for spectators along with our artistic customers.
- Q: What type of beverage can I bring to drink?

A: You can bring any type of beverage that you like. Whatever will get the creative juices flowing!
- Q: Do I get to take my artwork home at the end of workshop?

A: Yes, your artwork is yours to keep and enjoy!
- Q: Is there an age requirement to attend?

A: The age minimum to attend a workshop at Visual Voice Fine Art is 12 years old, unless stated otherwise (or booked as a private party).
- Q: Do you have a washroom?

A: No, we do not have restroom facilities, so please keep that in mind. Workshops can run from one hour to three hours per session.
- Q: Do I need to bring my own supplies?

A: We supply most materials. For specific details on your workshop call us at 902-843-9464.
- Q: Do you offer discounts for groups/parties?

A: Yes, book any group or party of more than 10 persons and receive 10% off regular price. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon booking your function. The final head count and payment are due two weeks prior to the function. In the event you need to reschedule, the deposit will be transferrable as long as we receive notice four weeks prior to your scheduled date.
